Ashleigh Beach, Practice Manager

Ashleigh joined the Renewal Dermatology & Medspa practice in December of 2010 as the Practice Manager. She has 10 years of experience in managing medical offices and corporate wellness programs.  Ashleigh received her B.S. in Health & Fitness from George Mason University.  She brings to her position a wealth of business management, marketing and advertising experience. In her free time, Ashleigh enjoys spending time with her daughter, horseback riding and reading.

Tracy Rumohr, Aesthetician

Tracy has been working in this fabulous industry for over 25 years and brings with her a wealth of experience and knowledge.  She has worked in all aspects of the aesthetic arena including day spas, dermatology and cosmetic surgery offices. Tracy is savvy with the latest and greatest in cosmetic procedures and skincare. She truly enjoys helping her patients achieve their aesthetic visions and goals as well as her search for the fountain of youth! In her spare time, she enjoys riding motorcycles, supporting charitable events to help others in need and also sailing the ocean blue.

Tracy Childs, Aesthetician

Tracy Childs joined Renewal Medspa in the spring of 2008. She graduated from Yvonne de Vilar Scientific Skin Care School in 2004 and holds a Master Aesthetician license. She also earned a post graduate diploma from the International Dermal Institute. Her passion for skin care comes from dealing with her own acne and pigmentation issues and is always eager to help! Tracy’s vast hands on experience comes mainly from working in very busy dermatology offices. She is a bit of a “product junky” and loves to make sure your at home skin care routine is the best it can be. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling with her boyfriend and taking care of her 3 kitties.

Dawn O’Keefe, R.N.

Dawn grew up in Northern Virginia and received her BSN degree from George Mason University. She was a labor and delivery nurse for several years at Prince William Hospital where she first met our Medical Director, Dr. Gutliph. This lead to a wonderful position as the OB Coordinator at Manassas OB/GYN. After having her own great kids, Owen & Lily, she went to work as an advice nurse at Kaiser Permenente and is still there 14 years later! Dawn wields the laser here at Renewal, performing laser hair removal, Fraxel, photofacials and treating toe nail fungus. She also assists Dr. Gutliph with Smartlipo and enjoys educating clients on the various services we have to offer. When not on the clock, Dawn enjoys hanging out with her family, scrapbooking, and playing Spider Solitaire. The O’Keefes keep busy taking care of their 2 dogs, 2 cats and 1 bird.

Angela Morgan, Front Desk Coordinator & Massage Therapist

Angela joined Renewal MedSpa in 2008 and is a licensed massage therapist. She received her massage training in 2006 at NVCC as well as her A.S. in Business Management. She is also certified in prenatal massage, oncology massage and infant massage instruction. Angela believes massage is an important part of one’s healthcare, as it focuses on physical, mental and emotional well-being, helping to create the whole of a person while helping to reduce stress, ease pain and promote relaxation. Angela takes great pride in teaching parents the benefits of infant massage whichs helps create the bonding experience that occurs through the loving touch the infant receives through their parents.

Angela is a proud parent to a daughter and loving Australian Sheppard. During her time off she enjoys traveling, visiting local Virginia wineries, and scheduling time for her own massages!

Susan Austin, Front Desk Coordinator

Susan Austin has been a Front Desk Coordinator since 2008, and a Renewal MedSpa client since 2006.  A former medical assistant, she enjoys the relaxing atmosphere at the MedSpa and loves answering questions about all of our services.  She’s a native Virginian, has three dogs and three cats, likes to rollerblade, and is proud to tell people that she recently celebrated her 41st birthday!
